How long does it take to ship?

All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and ship within 72 hours after the order is placed.

Do I pay now or later?

Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your pre-order.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

All pre-order purchases are final due to production estimates. If you make a mistake and need to make adjustments, please contact us at hello@msraeessetials.com

Do you offer refunds?

Pre-orders are final sale. Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items.

Do you ship internationall?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. Stay connected for updates on shipping destinations.

Is there a digital version?
